Our Paralegal

A paralegal helps us to deliver legal services to our clients more efficiently. We have a outstanding paralegal that helps clients when the responsible attorney is in court, assist in organizing documents and discovery, and gather information or perform research that does not require an attorney's training. She often provides a non-lawyer's insight into a case.

Mary Brandt mbrandt@hamlinlaw.com Mary Brandt is the Administrator for Hamlin Cody. She is a member of the Los Angeles Paralegal Association and the National Notary Association. Mary obtained her BFA from Lindenwood College in Missouri in 1986, and has worked within construction industry for over 20 years. Prior to her employment at Hamlin Cody, she obtained her Paralegal Certification in 2010 at UCLA Extension.

Our Support Staff

Our Office Assistant is vitally important to providing value to our clients. She keeps the office running smoothly and is often the first person you will meet when you call.

Michelle James Michelle James is tough as nails. Don't be fooled by that friendly exterior. We saw her make opposing counsel cry once, just by shooting him an icy stare. But she's always nice to our clients and to us.
